Lady Audily is a super project to be yet to be completed, a ferro-crete sailing smack of 45' the hull, yet to see the sea, is built to the highest standard seen without a blemish. 

She consist of a timber deck and beams sheathed with resin and fibre glass,coach roof as per main deck , timber rails held to the deck with galvanised brackets. All chain plates and other deck fittings made of steel and galvanised are made see in the cabin. The interior arrangement, is in need of completion lovely hardwood sole and other furniture yet to be completed, 

Hull has been spray foam insulated so there is no condensation problems ideal for the live aboard sailor. 

Engine a 4 cylinder ford in new condition all stern gear attached, fuel tank seen in cabin to be installed. There is no spars or sails.
